SHIPPING TERMS
All orders are sent via Fedex International priority service in 1-2 working days after getting your order. If no delay happened, it can take 3-4 working days to USA , 3-5 working days to UK. For International orders delivery time will depend on the speed of the postal service within your own country, however please allow approximately 4-6 working days. We will send you tracking number by email after shipment made.
Taxes and charges
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer’s responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of the custom duties such as declare a low value, 90% of packages won’t be charged tax from our experience.
Delivery to PO Boxes/Mail Forwarders
We will not dispatch orders to PO boxes or third party services such as mail handlers and forwarders.
This is because we cannot get sufficient proof of postage.
RETURN POLICY
UPDATE: During Covid-19, for sanitary reason, we don’t accept any return or replacement, no matter the hairpiece is brand new or not. All of our hairpieces in stock are 100% safe.
You can return a product for up to 10 days from the date you purchased it in its original condition. We will offer full refund or replacement. Please be aware that if an item is returned then the buyer need to pay full postage and return the item to us using a tracked postal service.
